How to Call Forward

You can forward your desktop extension to any extension number, local, or mobile number depending on your extension settings.

Press the FWD button on your desktop phone, enter in the extension number you wish to forward your calls to then confirm it by pressing the same button.

If you wish to divert your extension to a mobile phone then please enter a 9 before the mobile number.
